Fan sometimes does not stop

My furnace blower sometimes stops and sometimes keeps working. I've tried disconnecting the G wire an it still won't come off. If I tap on the relay it will disengage. The relay contacts are OK. They are not welded or damaged.
Is this just a bad relay needing to be replaced. Where can I buy it on-line? This system has not a fan limit relay.
