Payne central ac not working

I have a Payne model n pa10jao36-c. We went out of town and came back today and the ac is not working. Turned on thermastat inside and it read 90 plus. Its not working and not throwing out cold air .Checked outside and the fan is not working outside."

Have you checked all the breakers that the unit has power to it both inside and out. More info helps Does inside run ?

Yep, Checked for tripped breakers and all working. The inside fan is on It is blowing air. The outside ac unit the fan is not turning on.

Might see it that unit outside has a high pressure cut out in it and reset it. Will be a small button to press. Is there 220V at the outside unit. sounds like its time for a meter and ring it out Or call hvac tech here.

Inside the outdoor unit. I think you should call a hvac tech now .
