Moisture on Walls

Hello,

Yesterday I notice water dripping down from the middle of one of my walls. I peeled off the base board molding and noticed that behind the wall is an AC duct. It leads to a reigster in my second floor bathroom.

The wall is is only about 16 inches wide and is perpendicular to an outside wall.

Has anybody ever seen anthing like this? What is causing it and how do I remedy?

You need to make sure that all the insulation that should be on the outside of the duct is in place. If there is any part of the duct that is not insulated (from inside unit all the way to the register) this is the result.
