can anyone help. i just bought a new house and the remote for the fire place won't start the fire place. it did work the 1st weekend ( about 4 times ) but now it does't. i've changed batteries. what can i try. thanks
Is there any sort of clicking noise from the fireplace? If there is or isn't, shut off the power to it and check out if the relay is free to move. If you can bypass the relay, try that and if it heats up you'll know the relay is either stuck or burned up.
