I have a dual pack natural gas heater air conditioner. When I turn on the heater the blower motor runs but only cold air comes out. What steps do I take to find the problem? Could it be the igniter or the regulator?

Does this unit also have a ventor motor that discharges burned gas outside via pvc pipe?
