Condenser running

My house thermostat is set to heat. The fan in the condenser is coming on every 30 minutes or so and running for about 5 minutes. The temp in the house is ok, so there is no heat or air required. There is no air coming out of the vents, but i'm not sure why the condenser is running. Please help.

going on and off is very strange, i could see a stuck relay but in heat mode no.

is it raining?? shorting something out.. for the time you could just pull the disconnect at the unit so it willl not run until you have it serviced
