effectiveness of styrofoam panels unglued from wall

The styrofoam panels in my crawl space have become unglued from the concrete walls so there is a thin layer of air between some of them and the wall. Should I go to the trouble of crawling down there to reglue them ?

they were glued for a reason, which has now been compromised. if you can do it - do it!
