Heil Blower Motor not Cycling off

I have a 20 year old Heil 867-769434 HVAC unit that I cannot get the blower motor to cycle off. I have a Honeywell thermostat that has two settings, on or auto. I can hear the thermostat switch working but the blower motor still runs. I have turned the breaker off and then back on and the blower motor stays on. Any ideas on this unit?

If it is a relay or something that I can fix myself, I would prefer to do this. Please give me an idea on where to start looking or if you need more information, let me know.

look for a relay or a fan controller that has its contacts stuck "welded" together. it is also possible that the coil that operates this contactor has its coil burnt out with the crossbar closed.
