    Fans for Fireplace

I have a fireplace with two small fans under the firebox that blow heat out of the top.

My problem is that the two small fans do not have enough air movement.

    What options are available?

I considered replacing the fans with a squirrel cage and motor.....room is tight.

    Any ideas?

if you want a cheap fan just to try go to allelectronics dot com. look in the left hand column for FANS. I think last time I looked there's four pages of fans. most are low voltage, but any cheep power supply from radio shack will do, they have small squirrel cage fans that work really good! I got one in a cold air line that cools off my beer tower ten feet away from the kegerator.
KRM where in clinton county? my wife is from keeseville.
