Monitor 22 not putting out enough heat

Blue ring is showing but the burn ring never glows orange. I have swapped our the pump controller and pump - no change.

the combustion motor sevens to put out plenty of air.

looking for ideas, I might swap out the fuel line and see if that helps, I will say that there was dirty kerosene used in the internal tank, I replaced the internal sump and cleaned the carburetor and filter and currently running off an external tank.

thanks in advance for any ideas, I know the mat and ring are ok.

When was the last time you installed a new mat and ring?

I did service this heater last year with new mat and ring and will check them shortly. Thanks for your reply.
