It was taken care of once a few months ago and now it's back. opinion on the cause and is it dangerous?

only way for sure is to scrape off a sample and have it analysed. the rust can be dealt with by spraying on a liquid cold galvanizing product.
the LPS company used to make a spray on cold galvanize. Rust o leum may have a similar product.

Has anyone had an occurrence of a Laser 730 or 731 over firing?
The top of the heat chamber and the heat exchanger glow red on high when this occurs....
