Nortron electric furnace

I have a Nortron Model 21b20 electric furnace. It has started to run steady heat all the time. Tried changing thermostats -did not help. Had to shut it off at the fuse panel. What could be wrong?

your heat relay is stuck closed. paul

I agree, sounds like an issue typically caused by the heat relay. You should inspect it to make sure there's no damage.
